Frequently Asked Questions;
Q.What areas do you service?
A: Based in North London, Generally speaking we service north London and surrounding areas (Hertfordshire, Hemel Hempstead, St.Albans, Welwyn Garden, Ware, etc) We can travel further on request if we feel our animals will manage the drive, health and well-being intact. Drop us a message and we will be happy to discuss this with you!

Q. How many guests can attend?
A: We have a few different packages at different prices to cater for a variety of requests. We find that groups of around 20 work best and allow enough time for all, however we can comfortably cater up to 32 in a 1 hour session all the same. We are able to cater for more than this on request. Our Event/School/Charity packages run slightly different, Send us a message to find our more about our packages and prices.
Q. What animals will be in attendance?
A: Sadly, we cannot guarantee what animals will be in attendance due to their health and well-being and the weather, However, we promise you will not be disappointed as we house many animals and we will do our best to cater for any special requests! Take a look at our Meet the Animals page, or drop us a message for our full livestock list.
Q. Are your animals friendly?
A: As our animals are our pets, they are very tame and friendly! Myself and my children handle and work with our animals everyday to ensure they are used to anything they may come across during our bookings. We do still advise to take precautions (Listening to our handlers instructions) as animals like reptiles are not domesticated like dogs and cats and can sometimes act out when scared, but we promise to not bring any animals that are not 100% ready for the day and we promise you will be safe, some may be spiky or big, but none of our furry and scaly friends are dangerous or deadly.

Q. Are your animals sedated or clipped for the booking?
A: Absolutely not!!! Our animals health and welfare is our highest concern and these acts go completely against our beliefs as animal lovers. It also goes against the Animal Welfare Act 2006. This is why we advise to take precautions when handling our Furry and Scaly Friends.
Q. Do you only cater for parties?
A: Not at all, We can cater for; Schools, Parties, Events, TV, Community work, Charity and more. Drop us a message and we will be happy to help!

Q. What size venue do you need?
A: We can cater for all types of venues and set ups. All our carrier boxes stack which allow us to cater for most sized spaces. A General rule we follow is if the children will fit, we will fit.
Q. Is photography allowed?
A: Of course! In-fact, We encourage it! But please no flash photography as this can scare our animals and in some cases, hurt their eyes. Sometimes we may ask to take photos during your booking for our media pages, however we will always ask before hand and we will always share the pictures with you via email.
Q. Where do the animals live?
A: All the animals you will meet during your booking live in our home, in their individual vivariums/terrariums in the comfort of our living-room! Everyone gets a minimum of 1 hour a day outside of their enclosed habitats and our house rabbits are free roaming during the day. Most of our animals are rescues and we think they're pretty great!
Q. Is there anything you will require of me, the client, on the day?
A. Other than completing and signing our booking form (requested via email,) all we ask is that you please ensure all attending have washed their hands with warm water (no soap) on our arrival. We request no soap at the beginning as some of our animals "breathe" through their skin and any substance on peoples hands may cause them harm. We will do the rest!
